With school starting back up again, many districts are having back-to-school nights. Each year I ponder how I can advocate for my physical education program and get students excited about the year to come at this event. This year I decided to create a QR code to hand out to students as they walk in the door. This QR code is linked to a YouTube home fitness challenge I created that students can do with their families. With this activity I hope to create some excitement about using mobile devices to increase physical activity inside/outside of school as well as advocate for my physical education program. Feel free to use this resource within your school as well.
